• include contact details intended to facilitate communication outside of FA Games, in any communication;

• use your access to FA Games, or information gathered from it, for the sending of unsolicited bulk email;

• make any public or commercial use of FA Games without FA's prior written consent;

• provide hypertext links, URL Links, graphic links, hyperlinks or other direct connection for profit or gain to FA Games without FA's prior written permission;

• display, publish, copy, print, post or otherwise use FA GAmes and the information contained therein for the benefit of any third party or website without FA's prior written consent;

• process or otherwise use the information contained on or within FA Games for any illegal or immoral purpose nor use or process the same unfairly; or

• delete or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notice.

FA Games must not be used in any other way, including for commercial purposes, and you may not otherwise reproduce, re-utilise or redistribute it, or frame or deep-link to it on any other website, without the prior written permission of the FA.

The trade marks, logos and brand names shown on FA Games are owned by FA. No rights are granted to use any of them without the prior written permission of the owner.

No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any way or by any means, (including photocopying, recording or storing it in any medium by electronic means), without the written permission of FA.
